Since 1970 we have established our position in the field of plastic injection moulding as one of the leading companies of the industry.
With the combination of unique automation solutions, inline processes, adapted production solutions and highly qualified staff we provide exceptional alternatives and performances, which at the same time reflect in an eco-friendly production. Thus, our ecological footprint is 50 - 75% less than that of our competitors
We are constantly investing in new technologies that enable additional design options and more efficient production. For example, we have recently invested in additional all-electric injection molding machines, collaborative robots, 3D scanners, a new logistics / shipping hall with a 1600 m² warehouse and an expansion of our Photovoltaic system to more than 600 kWp. In combination with geothermal energy and heat recovery, we have thus achieved the active building standard. This allows us to remain competitive and attractive for our customers.
We supply well-known national and international customers from a wide range of industries and have received a consistently positive response to our comprehensive and complementary services. Our 3-shift operation based in Germany is certified to IATF 16949, DIN EN ISO 9001 and 14001. We are not just plastics processors and finishers, we are developers, designers and inventors.

VARIOPLAST will continue to be run as a reliable family business in the future. With the grandson of the company founder, the 3rd generation is currently preparing to take over management responsibility.
