Surface finishing
PVD - Metallizing
Cr6-free, decorative, functional and selective metallic nanocoating.
Sputtering technology is used to create metallic surfaces on plastic parts for functional purposes (e.g. titanium and copper for ESD, electromagnetic shielding, radar technology) and decorative purposes (e.g. chrome, stainless steel, aluminum). The nano-thin layer thicknesses enable
- Absolutely precise surface reproduction
- Laser capability
- Snap fasteners, clip fasteners and film hinge
- The thickness of this nanocoating can be adjusted precisely and for a specific purpose from translucent to opaque, e.g. for light guides/reflectors.
- Retention of all plastic-specific properties (e.g. elasticity, weldability, thermal insulation)
This surface finishing technology is fully automated and carried out inline. This inline production can also be expanded with any processes and an additional coating (primer/topcoat) to optimize the surface protection is also possible.

Coating technology
Coating by robot, Spindle coating and surface spraying
Robot painting is preferred and is used in our Inline Coating processes and PVD metallization procedures. The 1K or 2K Coatings can also be applied in several layers.
- Improved quality and adhesion of coating
- Conserving up to 96% of coating
- Shortening of cycle time
These results indicate the efficiency of the process
We can also offer spindle painting and surface painting, thus covering all painting options and requirements.

For single and multi-colour printing, e.g. 4-colour pad printing
Very intricate labelling is possible with the laser, such as a QR code.
In combination with lacquering or PVD metallisation, day/night design effects are created
Extreme abrasion resistance by means of a pressure-heating process. Metallic surface decorations are also possible.
