INTERNAL REPORTING OFFICE FOR WHISTLEBLOWER PROTECTION AT VARIOPLAST KONRAD DÄBRITZ GMBH
The internal reporting office accepts reports within the meaning of the Whistleblower Protection Act which relate to the activities of Varioplast Konrad Däbritz GmbH in Germany and abroad and which fall under German and European law. It is also embedded in the regulations of the EU Whistleblower Directive.

What can be reported?
Reportable are incidents in connection with the activities of Varioplast Konrad Däbritz GmbH that are punishable by law (clear violations of the law) and, in special cases, subject to fines (e.g. danger to life and limb). Violations of the law in countries outside the EU are not taken into account.
What cannot be reported?
General complaints, suggestions for improvement, criticism and information on content offered by Varioplast Konrad Däbritz GmbH (events, publications, etc.) cannot be processed here either.
Who is entitled to report?
Employees of Varioplast Konrad Däbritz GmbH, employees in the offices of Varioplast Konrad Däbritz GmbH in Germany and abroad as well as other persons who have come into contact with the activities of Varioplast Konrad Däbritz GmbH (e.g. cooperation partners, service providers, etc.) are entitled to report.
Both whistleblowers (those who report something) and any suspects/accused persons (until final clarification) enjoy confidentiality. The procedure has been agreed with the Data Protection Officer. A general works agreement has also been concluded for the employees of Varioplast Konrad Däbritz GmbH, including employees posted abroad.
