Quality measurement
Quality is more than just producing flawless parts. It is also about ensuring that we continuously work on improvements, as evidenced by the IATF 16949, DN EN ISO 9001 and 14001 certifications, for example.
We carry out the necessary tests in-house for both plastic granulates (melt viscosity, moisture measurement) and finishes (climate tests, paint adhesion, colourimetry...).
Using 3D scan measurement technology (GOM/Zeiss), tactile 3D coordinate measurement and supported by our CAQ system, we can work and react with maximum precision and speed. This increases product quality and leads to permanent optimisation of our production processes.
