- Automated processes: More than 70% of our production processes are inline. This allows us to save up to 50% on resources and raw materials.
- Inline PVD metallization: The Cr6 free chrome look offers an environmentally friendly alternative to electroplating.
- Inline single or multi-layer robot painting: Paint consumption is reduced by up to 70% and the ecological footprint is reduced by 75%. The Süddeutsche Kunststoffzentrum certifies that we save 75% of resources. We won first place in the "Schwarzer Löwe" business award in the sustainability category for our fully automated inline production of injection-molded and painted components.

- Machine pool: by now more than 50% of all injection moulding machines running all-electric (more precise, higher process stability, more energy-efficient)

- The use of diverse CO2-conserving mechanical services means the conservation of resources: Due to geothermal energy and heat recovery we have become 100% independent from fossil fuels.

Providing alternative solutions to the end of the production chain, in order to minimize the carbon footprint to delivery (-5kg CO2/lorry/100km compared to standard packaging) represents a challenge which we thereby have met.
