Inline processes of Instantcoat^® and Instantchrome^® expanded

Varioplast has expanded its inline processes INSTANTCOAT^® and INSTANTCHROME^® by ablation lasering.

Inline process of INSTANTCOAT^® Plus injection moulding - coating - lasering - packaging. To continually evolve further. Pursuant to this credo we have expanded the process of INSTANTCOAT^® by a lasering operation. The advantages mentioned above are also guaranteed here.

In keeping with INSTANTCOAT^® Plus, now INSTANTCHROME^® is also expanded by ablation lasering. This means that now for metallized plastic parts a day/night design is also commercially viable.
