PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) is a standardized approval procedure for production parts that is primarily required in the automotive industry (IATF 16949). It includes dimensional reports, material certificates, process studies, and sample parts. VARIOPLAST conducts PPAP processes in accordance with the current AIAG standard and supports you in obtaining full customer approval.

Can VARIOPLAST transition seamlessly from small-scale production to mass production?

Which thermoplastics does VARIOPLAST use in its mass production?

VARIOPLAST processes all common thermoplastics for mass production: PP, ABS, PA (6, 66, 12), POM, PBT, PC, PC/ABS, TPE, TPU, PEEK, and other engineering plastics. We also process glass-fiber-reinforced compounds and special high-performance plastics. The material selection is made in collaboration with the customer based on the requirement profiles.
